How could the catering in Indian Trains be improved? This question was the beginning of the Austro-Indian cooperation „Running Order“. The result was a concept for a trolley- and tray-system, based on international standards and adjusted to Indian circumstances. The focus lies on simplification of food distribution and pick-up, with consideration for eco-friendly packaging. PRESENTED AT INDIAN RAILWAYS IN 2005
